Energienetze Steiermark GmbH (AT)

Energienetze Steiermark is a distribution system operator with a system length of about 30.000 km with voltage levels of up to 110-kV. As a DSO, EN is operating 75 sub-stations (HV/MV) and around 9.000 secondary transformer stations (MV/LV). EN is working on a number of innovative approaches projects to cost-efficiently increase the capacity of the existing grid infrastructure and to enable its customers the best possible quality and security of supply.

European Distributed Energy Resources Laboratories e.V. (DERlab) association clusters leading laboratories, research institutes and industries in the fields of Smart Grids and green Distributed Energy Resources. The association develops joint requirements and quality criteria for the connection and operation of distributed energy resources (DER) and strongly supports the consistent development of DER technologies. DERlab offers testing and consulting services for distributed generation (DG) to support the transition towards more decentralised power systems.
